Here are some of the letters kids have written to world leaders about saving the Earth exactly as they were written. with the author's own spelling and punctuation:

Dear President Obama,
        My name is Sarah Connor and I'm 9 years old.  I'm writing to tell you something very important.
        Did you know that the United States is responsible for 25% of the world's carbon emissions?  It's important for us to change the way we're treating the earth.
        In December I saw an exhibit at the American Museum of Natural History called "Climate Change" about the ways we're changing and hurting our environment.  I think it's important for you to see it too.  If you're too busy to go to New York, maybe the curators of the exhibit could come tell you all about it.
